Regardless of age, athletic ability or pre-disposition to combat arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will help YOU.  Jiu Jitsu is the ideal combination of low impact, positive energy exercise mixed with optimal stress relief. Weight loss, self defense, competition training and mental release are all part of the results that participating in a BJJ class manifests.Â
By developing foundational technique and mental discipline, Judokas learn to use the strength of an opponent against them.
Gladiator Fitness is a cardio intensive, low-impact cross training class that incorporates BJJ, Wrestling and Suples Fitness fundamentals to create a completely unique class that pushes even the most fit athletes. This training is offered in bootcamps style 3 times per year. Class is limited to 12 students per offering.
Our tots class teaches the rules of wrestling, basic techniques to apply during competition and fun, wrestling specific games to encourage continued learning in the sport.
